Are there enough times that you are showing yourself (clearly and unequivocally) how much you mean to yourself? How do you reinforce such a vital understanding? How do you offer the vehicle of your body even more support at a time like this? How do you soothe an exhausted mind? Do you tend to yourself regularly and in ways you wish someone else would? How can you infuse more of this into your daily care if not? Can you begin today?
b)
If you are in a relationship with someone you want more from, do you set examples of the love you wish for?
(c)
And who do you love? Do you surprise yourself with the depth and imagination of your loving practice? Can more be done?
